Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in the food industry. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, packaging, and preparing various types of meat products. Your attention to detail and knowledge of food safety regulations will ensure that our customers receive high-quality meat products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim, and portion different cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and supplies
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of meat products
- Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders and meet customer demands
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations in the handling and preparation of meat

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and butchery practices
- Ability to use various cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling meat products
- Strong customer service skills to assist customers with their meat selection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
