Plaintiff Personal Injury Department Coordinator

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Information intake such as handling phone call and web inquiries
- Managing rotation list
- Requesting Freedom of Information and Police Reports from police services across the province
- Tracking status of criminal and provincial offence charges through the courts
- Supporting the Steering Committee in coordinating department activities, including taking and distributing minutes of Plaintiff Personal
- Injury Practice group and Steering Committee meetings
- Attendance at monthly Assignment Court in London on behalf of Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group
- Generally assisting the London Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group.
**Qualifications**:
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience working in Personal Injury Law
- Experience working directly with clients
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite and Zoom
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Experience with Primafact or similar software will be an asset
- A Law Clerk diploma will be an asset
