Job Summary
The Manager Cancer Prevention and Screening/Regional Lead, Person Centre Care is a leader and member of the Program’s Management Team. The Manager Cancer Prevention and Screening/Regional Lead Person Centred Care is responsible and accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to influence the patient experience across the full continuum of care at the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre.

The Regional Lead also serves as the Manager of the Regional Prevention and Screening and Psychosocial Oncology Teams, and will provide operational leadership in coordinating the development, execution and evaluation of the Cancer Prevention and Screening and Psychosocial Oncology Programs of the Central Regional Cancer Program.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalaureate Degree in a health sciences, public health, health promotion, or related discipline from an accredited university is required.
- Master’s Degree in a health related discipline, including public health and health promotion, is preferred
- Registration in good standing if a member of a Regulated Health Professional College
- Certificate or diploma in Adult Education or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience in an education or leadership role in a hospital environment
- Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in oncology with demonstrated working knowledge of the Cancer system
- Professional affiliations as appropriate
