Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the **ERP Business Analyst** supports organization efficiency and operational excellence through the optimization and upgrade of RW Consumer Products’ ERP system. They will work with employees and leaders to ensure new business processes are adopted and consistently applied. This position will also provide financial and business metrics, reporting, and analysis support to the leadership team.

**This position has the following responsibilities**:

- ERP SYSTEMS_
- Facilitate engagement with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis for the ERP upgrade.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in business processes, system functionality, etc.
- Work with the ERP consultants to identify solutions to achieve ERP optimization, reporting goals, etc.
- Work with the ERP consultants to map business processes, current state and future state.
- Project manage ERP upgrade(s), ensure appropriate system maintenance completed, etc.
- Write test scenarios and complete testing for ERP upgrade(s).
- Lead and participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
- Work with the ERP consultants to prepare and provide user and superuser training on the ERP system.
- Run queries and scripts in ERP system to build custom reports, etc.
- Develop dashboards and live reports in the ERP system for various departments and levels of management.
- Edit raw EDI data to update/correct for import into ERP system or export to EDI ftp site.
- Be the primary liaison with phone system, computer hardware and software providers.
- Handle all computer procedure related questions/service requests from all personnel.
- Validate ERP system production and inventory management (lot tracking/traceability) processes as per Health Canada requirement
- Be a change management champion for the organization; develop a communication and change management plan to ensure upgraded system and new business processes accepted and consistently implemented.
- ACCOUNTING/REPORTING:_
- Complete data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate custom reports to support management needs (financial, inventory, sales, operations).
- Support Operations with activities to optimize inventory management and procurement.

**Competencies, Experience & Education**
- Experience with ERP system upgrades/implementations.
- Experience with Business Objects an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of accounting processes and practices.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience with developing reports, dashboards, monitoring metrics and KPIs, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Results and deadline oriented, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to identify process improvements, ability and desire to take action.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
