We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead this initiative and lead our efforts in this specialized sector.
As the Rail Construction and Maintenance Division Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in the rail construction and maintenance industry. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all aspects of rail construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conducting thorough inspections of rail systems and identifying maintenance and repair needs.
- Leading a team of skilled professionals in executing construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and secure new projects.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the rail industry, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in rail construction, maintenance, and inspection.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings.
