Wilder Cookies is a new brand of specialty cookies, and are hiring a Lead baker to join our small, friendly team in baking a variety of products. Based in the Mt Pleasant area.

Weekend availability is required.

This role includes:

- preparing, baking and storing of baked goods, using our recipes
- set up and pack down of kitchen
- basic stock control using our software
- excellent time management and attention to detail
- ability to manage stock, product and raw ingredients (ordering)
- assisting with fulfillment, preparing and packing orders and deliveries
- must be able to lift up 50lb
- supporting the Food and Bakery Manager in meeting production goals and supervising quality control.
- supervising the bakery team in the absence of a manager.
This role comes with a consistent schedule

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
