**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule drivers and fleet to meet customer requirements, to optimize revenue and to increase driver satisfaction
- Communicate load details and requirements to drivers
- Develop relationships with carriers, and work with Sales team to generate new opportunities based on carriers’ capacity
- Respond to customer inquires, send daily reports, and update on delays or issues with loads
- Update customer’s portal
- Work with Drivers to resolve their issues, and match routes/schedule according to their preference
- Keep track of waiting time and other accessorial charges, and update the orders on daily basis
- Review driver’s logbook and optimize the scheduling to generate maximum revenue
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure trucks and trailers are ready before the trip
- Make sure drivers are familiar with company policies and safety procedure and keep Safety as number one priority for all assignments
- Keep track all assets, and reduce asset dormancy

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- Proven track record of managing drivers, and good attitude with interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Proven ability of multi tasking, and ability to work in high paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skill

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
