_**Job Description**_

We are looking to hire a hard-working, experienced AZ Driver for City/Local Work in Montreal.

Start and end each day at the terminal.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Local pick up of goods and supplies within Montreal area.
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any problems
- Securing cargo
- Communicating with dispatchers and other drivers using onboard communications technology
- Completing daily truck logs and submitting mileage reports
- Ensuring proper tire pressures on tractor/trailers
- Performing emergency repairs like patching tires when needed.
- **Qualifications: Skills & Experience**_
- A minimum of 1 to 2.5 years’ AZ driving experience
- Possess a clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
- Require a Clean criminal record.
- Adaptability to rapid changes and with troubleshooting vehicles and equipment
- Comfort and confidence working independently and navigating unfamiliar routes within a designated area.
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random dot testing.
