**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will work closely with CMM's Estimators, Quality, Lead Hand, Operations Manager and other shop floor staff to ensure the seamless transition of work from purchase order (PO) to delivery to the client. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of work, ensuring timely completion of projects, and enhancing communication across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from PO receipt to final delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Estimators to understand project requirements and timelines. Liaise with the Lead Hand/Operations Manager to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports, as required. Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for project kick-off meetings and reviews.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Ensure all parties are informed of project status, changes, and any potential issues.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any project-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards as per CMM's Quality Manager and the client expectations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular project status updates to the Lead Hand/Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the manufacturing or marine industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn project management practices.
- Some knowledge of quality control measures.
- Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
