We are seeking One - (1) Traffic Control Supervisor. This position will be site based, but reporting to the Roads and Highways Division in Regina, Saskatchewan.. You’ll be joining a team of recognized industry experts on work that’s critical to our clients and our communities. Position and starting rate based on skills and experience.

Job Title**:Traffic Control Supervisor**

Reports To: Construction Manager

Job Summary: As the Traffic Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the traffic accommodations for roads and Highways projects including Traffic accommodation planning, Site setups and operations including Traffic Control personnel

**Scope of Responsibilities**:

- Direct day to day operations of traffic Control and traffic Accommodation and partnership with the operational foreman and at the direction of the project Superintendent/Construction manager.
- Manages and coordinates the daily and weekly activities of crew members and equipment as per the project plan schedule in an efficient manner.
- Provide timely administration, planning and communications
- Monitor and ensure safety and quality standards are met and adhered to in accordance with company policy, quality documentation and legislative requirements.
- Manage the daily person, equipment, time, and internal submittals.
- Coordinate and manage creation of traffic Accommodation plans.
- Coordinate traffic control personnel and vehicles in conjunction with accommodations
- Perform site walkthroughs to ensure the project site is safe, clean, and orderly.

**Qualifications**:

- A current Saskatchewan Highways Traffic Accommodation Certificate is highly desirable but

could be obtained through training.
- Ability to work under tight production schedules and deadlines, with effective time

management.
- Must possess strong problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to

handle changing demands.
- Prior knowledge and experience with Highway construction activities is considered an asset.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
