**DUTIES**:

- Ensure dealership sales goals are attained. (Sales, CSI, Profitability, Morale)
- Expand Regency Auto’s market share through new and used vehicle sales
- Train, coach and manage the team of Product Advisors and oversee their daily activities
- Work with Product Advisors to appraise vehicles, desk and close deals
- Preparing daily deals for the General Manager and Controller
- Greet, communicate and engage with all guests in a professional manner
- Assisting used car management duties, which include but are not limited to, wholesale, retail, and purchasing
- Recruitment of new Product Advisors as required
- Maintain the highest quality of guest satisfaction for the dealership

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience and proven success in an Automotive Sales role
- Ability to achieve target goals
- Previous customer service experience that focuses on increasing customer satisfaction and exceeding CSI targets
- Experience with Quorum (DMS) is an asset
- Must be able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Must be VSA licensed
- Previous Lexus or Toyota work experience is an asset
