Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize production processes
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Prepare reports on production performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

**Salary**: $46,210.09-$92,394.10 per year
