**Position: General Practitioner/Family Physician**
**Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario**
**Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time (28 to 40 hours per week)**

**The Clinic**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a General Practitioner (GP) to join our client in their established clinic based in Richmond Hill. The clinic has been operating successfully for 6 years and is in a highly desirable, densely populated area. This well-equipped clinic features 3 treatment rooms and caters to a wide range of patient demographics, including young adults, families, and seniors. It has an electronic medical record (EMR) system, an on-site pharmacy, laboratory nurses, and 2 efficient Medical Office Assistant (MOA).

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals.
- Examine patients' health conditions to identify diseases and injuries.
- Assist patients in developing healthy habits, breaking old habits, and improving their overall wellness.
- Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine appropriate medical treatments.
- Consult with other medical practitioners to assess patients' physical and mental health.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
- Advise patients on health care and provide health counseling.
- Be an advocate for patients' needs.
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families regarding a range of health and lifestyle concerns.
- Provide emergency care as required.

**Compensation**:

- Pay: $250,000 - $400,000 annually or $120 - $200 per hour.
- Part-time or full-time options (expected hours: 20-40 per week).
- The schedule includes an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday and potential weekend availability.
