**Working Arrangement**

Reporting to the Lead Analyst, Customer Success, the Operations Analyst [Level 4] will support the day-to-day world of both the US and Canada Retirement Inner Loop Program. This role entails managing the process and information flow from NPS survey results through root cause analysis and making things right for the customer. The incumbent will partner with resolution specialists to harvest customer insights, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate results, and participate in the resulting action plans that stem from prioritized solutions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Actively schedule attend multiple Inner Loop huddles weekly and oversee the insight capture process resulting from these meetings
- Create sustainable & efficient procedures & documentation specific to the Inner Loop team
- Act as point of escalation to Resolution Specialists for complex case resolution
- Accountable for the creation of presentations related to Inner Loop and Thematic huddles, “holding the pen” for the team.
- Accountable for the detailed information and creation. Ensures presentations are sent to leadership within the allotted deadline.
- Ensures all Inner Loop meetings are scheduled, attended and documented
- Manages the Inner Loop team dashboard and scorecard
- Ensures Inner Loop cases are closed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting on cases, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensures SLAs are met for all Inner Loop NPS cases
- Track insights pulled from huddles, cases and NPS data. Gain insights from customer concerns.
- Tracks team effectiveness
- Directs the workload of the Inner Loop team - owns the task calendar/weekly agenda
- Aids in developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations of the Inner Loop team.
- Works on Action Items stemming from the Inner Loop and Thematic huddles in collaboration with other stakeholders

**Technical Job Requirement**
- Medallia knowledge or similar survey capture systems is an asset
- North America Retirement business operations knowledge is an asset
- Strong Power Point, Excel, and Word skills, are assets
- Knowledge of the Net Promoter System, an asset
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
