The analyst works in a team and is responsible for providing administrative support to both clients and the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet deadlines by organizing and prioritizing the assigned tasks.
- Participate in special projects (annual enrolment, certification of overage dependent, rates renewal) and new implementation as required by the department's needs.
- Comply with the best practices available including standards of confidentiality and peer review.
- Perform or peer review various validations of the data entering and the data generated by our administration systems
- Peer review the communication prepared for our clients' employees and retirees
- Peer review the benefits related payroll files sent to our customers, as well as the eligibility files sent to different carriers.
- Ensure the quality control of the various deliverables while meeting the deadlines.
- Support the analysts by performing analysis and bringing solutions for complex situations.
- Update the administrative procedures and make sure to document any changes (eg the Workbooks).
- Meet customer demands, along with the requests made by the participants and the various internal and external authorized partners (tier 2 requests from the call center, insurers, etc) by taking care to provide the relevant information and make the appropriate follow-ups.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- University or college diploma in business administration or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, documentation and multi tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Excellent teamwork skills - able to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, team spirit, strong work ethic and flexibility
- Ability to handle multiple urgent priority issues concurrently and prioritize conflicting demands without supervision
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and provide complete follow through on areas of responsibility
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency and bring together appropriate teams
- Ability to understand and use current technology tools and have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL scripts and SaaS is an asset.
