We require the role of senior scrum master for the client. The client operates in an immature for of agile which is largely waterfall but has some elements of agile. The desire is to re-start their agile transformation. Therefore, the scrum master must be a strong and experienced agile scrum master with a deep understanding of agile principles and the Agile Manifesto.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**

This role will include, but is not limited to:

- Providing servant leadership to one or more scrum teams
- Coaching the teams on agile best practices
- Rigorously enforcing agile ceremonies
- Guiding the team in their cultural transformation to agile
- Providing guidance to potentially inexperienced product owners to get the best

outcomes for the team and for the client.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a scrum master from a recognized certification body (Scrum Alliance,

SAFe, etc.)
- Minimum of five years as a scrum master, or two years as a scrum master and two

years as a coach
- Experience as an agile coach
- Deep experience with Scrum and Kanban-based agile practices and ceremonies
- Working knowledge of SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, and/or DAD

Soft Skills
- Outstanding verbal communications and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Deep understanding of consulting
- Good written communications
- Competent with all Microsoft Office products

Desirable
- SPC designation or willingness to pursue same
- Understanding of the insurance industry
