SAJO, a well-established company specializing in construction as a general contractor for more than 45 years and headquartered in Montreal, is currently looking for a Corporate Trainer for one of its construction divisions, which caters to the retail and high-end residential sectors in North America.

**Reporting directly to the Systems Operations Manager, the Corporate Trainer’s responsibilities are as follows**:

- Partner with the Systems Operations Manager to analyze, identify and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals
- Provide end-user support services, guidance, and training for construction technologies in a responsive, effective, and efficient manner
- Ensure the compliance of the operational teams with company standards and procedures
- Drive platform adoption and excitement within the organization by demonstrating the value of the tool and encouraging best practices while promoting company efficiency and providing continuous learning to increase the skillset of all internal personnel.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Conduct ongoing administration and support
- Other tasks related to project management

**Required qualifications and experience**:

- DEC in education, HR development, construction, business administration, or any related education
- Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is _required_
- Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of the construction industry is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Procore or other Project Management software is considered an asset
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and positive approach when interacting with others
- Ability to manage several projects at once and change priorities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

**Relevant directement du directeur des opérations des systèmes, les responsabilités du formateur corporatif sont les suivantes**:

- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire des opérations des systèmes pour analyser, identifier et exécuter les besoins et les objectifs de formation à l'appui des objectifs organisationnels
- Fournir des services d'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux, des conseils et une formation pour les technologies de construction de manière réactive, efficace et efficiente
- S'assurer de la conformité des équipes opérationnelles aux normes et procédures de l'entreprise
- Stimuler l'adoption de la plateforme et l'enthousiasme au sein de l'organisation en démontrant la valeur de l'outil et en encourageant les meilleures pratiques tout en favorisant l'efficacité de l'entreprise et en offrant un apprentissage continu pour accroître les compétences de tout le personnel interne.
- Soutenir et encadrer les nouveaux employés
- Effectuer l'administration et le soutien continus
- Autres tâches liées à la gestion de projet

**Qualifications et expérience requises**:

- DEC en éducation, développement des ressources humaines, construction, administration des affaires ou toute formation connexe
- Une maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français (parlé et écrit) est requise
- Une personne férue de technologie avec la capacité d'apprendre rapidement et de s'adapter aux nouvelles technologies et aux nouveaux logiciels est considérée comme un atout majeur
- La connaissance de l'industrie de la construction est considérée comme un atout
- La maîtrise de Procore ou d'un autre logiciel de gestion de projet est considérée comme un atout
- Compétences impressionnantes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Approche patiente, empathique et positive lors de l'interaction avec les autres
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois et à changer les priorités
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
