Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven expertise any of these M365 apps:
Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Office Suite (3 or more of these apps).
Power BI
SharePoint
  Training & Facilitation: Demonstrated experience delivering training in a corporate environment.
  Content Creation: Skilled in creating engaging training content such as manuals, videos, and e-learning materials.
  Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.

We're seeking a Microsoft 365 Trainer who is passionate about helping teams maximize their use of M365 tools. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on apps like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other key M365 tools. Your ability to make complex tools accessible through engaging training and strong communication will be crucial in driving the adoption and successful implementation of Microsoft 365 technologies across the organization.

Deliver M365 training on any of these applications including:
Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Office Suite (3 or more of these apps)
Power BI
SharePoint
 Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and e-learning content.
 Support the organization with training needs during rollouts of new M365 features or tools.
 Help users troubleshoot common issues and guide them in adopting new features.
 Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and tailor training for diverse user groups.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, with expertise in any of these M365 apps:
Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Office Suite (3 or more of these apps).
Power BI
SharePoint
 Strong training and facilitation skills in a corporate setting.
 Proven experience in creating training content and resources.
 Ability to work with business units to customize training for varying needs.

Work on high-impact enterprise projects
 Partner with industry leaders in Microsoft technology adoption
