Our team is expanding We are looking to hire a full time or part time Veterinary Assistant/ ACA/ or receptionist to our team of compassionate and caring individuals. Preference is given to experience but willing to educate and train an individual expanding their knowledge in our field. We are a fully equipped single vet clinic located in the beautiful community of Binbrook, open 6 days a week and closed holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and Checking in clients and their pets.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk.
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in computer skills. Vet software: Avimark
- Idexx In house lab sample preparation
- training provided.
