**You as a Lead Advisor, Project Manager Decarbonization will**:

- Lead client-facing teams in the delivery of projects, while also working with the Infrastructure Services and Technology (IST) team to ensure the delivery of its strategic plan and decarbonization targets.
- Act as an industry leader helping to shape EllisDon’s approach to the sustainable and resilient development of infrastructure across the building services industry.
- Plan and manage operational activities while also contribute to the business development and sales goals.
- Lead client delivery projects as Project Manager including project status, action items, technical delivery approach, and critical milestones.
- Address a variety of cross-disciplinary technical challenges to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of decarbonization mandates.
- Develop client relationships with existing and prospective customers and help identify new business opportunities.
- Support expression of interest and request for proposals (RFP) preparation through creative thinking, content creation, and by delivering client presentations

**You as a Lead Advisor, Project Manager Decarbonization will**:

- You have a post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture or design/construction related discipline and five years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in a Project Manager role in Institutional or Commercial construction
- Experience in project management and sales process including client including client facing, RFP’s etc.
- Demonstrated experience with client/stakeholder engagement and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects / project teams simultaneously, while demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
