We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic, patient-focused **Full-Time Compression Therapy Fitter **for our location in **London, Ontario.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess patients’ needs for compression therapy in collaboration with the medical team.
- Measure and fit patients for appropriate compression garments, ensuring comfort and effectiveness.
- Educate patients on the use and care of compression products.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of compression therapy products and advancements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a compassionate and understanding approach.
- Support the office’s goals and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Background in medical field, sales, or a combination of both is preferred.
- Previous experience with compression therapy or medical equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- High level of compassion, patience, and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for patient record management.
- Desire to make a positive difference in patients’ lives.
