Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our talented team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry and a strong work ethic.

**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist with meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
