**Maintenance Planner**

The **Maintenance Planner** position is an impactful role that supports THK’s objectives while working closely with Kaizen teams driving improvements in cost such as maintenance material, spare parts, downtime, scrap, quality, equipment uptime (OEE) and problem solving. Responsibilities include developing and executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Production Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities; leading and tracking lessons learned from scheduled Pit Stops; leading problem-solving activities such as identifying root causes and driving permanent corrective actions; and managing spare parts.
