We're looking for an exceptional, experienced **Dental Office Manager** to join our team. In this **Full-Time **role, you'll lead and inspire our team to provide outstanding patient care every day. Our team is dedicated to patient comfort and satisfaction, and we pride ourselves on our friendly, professional environment.

Our growing office is well established, modern, and fully digital. We're in the process of building our new office (within the same plaza), and expect to move in spring 2025.

We provide general dentistry to patients of all ages, including a comprehensive Invisalign program. Additionally, there is a periodontist and orthodontist on staff.

**Position Overview**:
As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our practice. You will oversee office management, coordinate patient care, and ensure that our team operates efficiently. Your experience with orthodontics and Invisalign will be essential in providing support to our clinical staff and enhancing patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee scheduling and patient flow
- Coordinate orthodontic services and Invisalign treatments, including patient consultations and treatment plans.
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and collections effectively.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, including IPAC
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new patients.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 experience as a dental office leader including treatment coordination, staff and operational management
- Strong clinical understanding of dental procedures including orthodontics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated committment to continuing education and self-improvement
- Solid understanding of IPAC requirements
- Proficient in Abeldent software and basic spreadsheet use.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
