Responsibilities:Health and Safety
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work areas. Promotes a positive safety culture through leadership by example.
- Ensures safe and healthy working conditions on sites under his/her responsibility
- Implements an effective health and safety action plan including training, communication, and audits as required by company policies and customer requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations

Financial Management
- Promotes a culture of performance. Effectively develops goals and objectives to implement actions, track performance and continuously look for opportunities for improvement
- Actively participates in setting annual Budget in line with Group objectives and country realities with a sufficient level of detail to drive execution and tracking.
- Conducts weekly snd monthly financial review.
- Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
- Follow-up with delinquesnt accounts when required

Vision & Strategy
- Builds market connections to ensure FusionTech's participation in infrastructure utility (telecom, gas and water utilities) projects
- Plays an integral role in assessing the feasibility of and executing on large scale and complex project delivery methods.
- Works with all business units to drive customer retention and attraction, while being mindful of Market Protection.

Operations Management
- Interacts with direct managers to develop best practices, processes and to ensure all activities are optimized and costs are best in class.
- Effectively use FusionTech's resources and programs to drive operational excellence.
- Effectively manage company equipment, tools and resources.

Environment, Land & Community Relations
- Establishes the environment as a priority. Ensures all local and provincial and federal regulations are met or exceeded by following FusionTech's best practices and conditions of job site permits.
- In line with the FusionTech's social responsibility objectives leads construction related community/customer relations.

People Management
- ‘Walks the floor.’ Takes the time to be present in all locations of the operations, and to be open to all levels of the organization, to communication and concerns.
- Ensure the right persons are in the right position. Hires, administers discipline and dismisses staff in co-ordination with HR, as required.
- Participates in the building of the career and succession plan for the key positions and employees in the utility construction activities

- Indirect Reports: 30 plus Unionized

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
