**Client Success/Account Manager**

**Who we are** - A Bell Certified Partner, LVM Tech is a privately-owned Canadian technology Company & Reseller of a global Fleet Management Service. Our focus is B2B sales of GPS Fleet Management, Wireless Services, and Mobile Workforce Management tools. We provide communication and productivity solutions for mobile work forces in various industries. LVM Tech is a growth driven company in a fast-paced exciting industry.

**Compensation - Salary & Commission**
- Salary - $50,000
- Commission Range Estimated - $25,000 - $50,000 annually

**The Role**
LVM Tech has hundreds of house accounts which need management for client satisfaction, growth, and cross selling. The role is split into 2 main areas. The first being client management to reduce churn inside the business and to ultimately increase customer satisfaction. The 2ndis to approach existing accounts, and CRM contact database of over 7,000 companies, and cross sell our other services. Services include Bell Corporate Cellular packages, GPS Fleet Management, and Mobile Forms.
Account Management

**Onboarding new IoT Clients**
- Scope of work
- Goals and objectives. What do they need from LVM Track & Astreon
- Setting it up so they have what they need from us
- Work with the team to build out custom reports & notifications
- Training
- Follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Cross Sell to Forms, Inspections, Maintenance, Add Logistics
- And compensate the CSM on all products cross sold
- API projects. Professional services.

- Account Reviews
- Systematic calling to check in
- Up-sell to dashcams/hardware refresh
- Hardware SPIFF
- Re-training
- Reports & Notifications
- Cross sell

**Previous clients/CIF’s**
- 7000 contacts in CRM
- Systematically touch base with each one
- Sell Forms and GPS Fleet Management
- If Bell, establish the lead, and pass along ot a Bell Rep
- Referral Commission

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
- Participate in sales channel training events and presentations

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate client facing materials using Power Point
- Technically minded with a keen ability to grasp new technologies and present them to end users
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to ensure the highest level of quality and precision in all areas of work
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
- Strong computer and technical skills with a solid understanding of internet technologies.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Goal oriented capable of completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Account Management, General Management & Supervisory Roles
- Enjoys communicating with people
- GPS Fleet Management Experience is an asset
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Management or Inside Sales
- Wireless communications background and tech savvy
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Post Secondary education in relevant field
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle is a requirement

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
