The Opportunity

**Responsibilities**:
- Support global programs and activities for assigned portfolio - primarily either broad-based compensation or equity & retirement plans; Programs include but not limited to base pay, variable pay (short-term & long-term incentives), employee share purchase plan, deferred compensation, retirement plans, reward & recognition- Support project work as required; Support cyclical and ad hoc requests including as related to legal compliance and M&A activities- Actively grow compensation and total rewards knowledge and expertise to support program effectiveness; Assist senior members of the team in market intelligence activities- Support maintenance of sound job architecture and data integrity by conducting job evaluations, job benchmarking, and employee impact analyses for various client groups- Collaborate with senior members of the team to effectively administer total rewards programs; Assist in supporting cross-functional teams as required- Support the development and delivery of communications and training materials for business clients on total rewards programs and processes- Actively cross-train and provide team coverage across all departmental programs as required- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience- 3+ years progressive compensation/total rewards experience- Strong, knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Working knowledge of MS Office and HR systems - Workday and Shareworks preferred- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Team player, thrives in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time, virtual/remote role in Canada or USA.
