**As ATB’s next Intermediate Identity & Access Management Analyst,** you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You’ll be accountable for SAP role development, process documentation and roadmaps and effectively supporting a diverse portfolio of SAP access governance requests.

Strong experience with SAP Identity & Role Management, SAP Integrations, Directory Services, Identity Providers, Access control systems, Automation and an unquenchable thirst for continuous improvement will be crucial to success in this role.
- Act as a representative of both the SAP Identity & broader Identity & Access Management team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
- Adherence to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and sometimes very complex. We need someone who can keep up, especially when under pressure
- Assume accountability and be the first point of contact for SAP GRC support, processes and development.
- Consistently evaluate new and existing Identity & access processes seeking process efficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Read, follow and develop standard operating procedure & best practice documentation.
- Manage own time effectively and adhere to critical deadlines
- Participate in establishing roadmaps.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with key business users to identify and drive continuous improvements (simplicity, usability and automation).
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships for allied departments.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate security risks within the SAP platform
- Understand and operate in a complex, multi-system SAP environment
- Act as a mentor for more junior contributors.

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum of 4 years of general experience within an IT Enterprise field
- Strong experience with SAP, particularly development and GRC
- Have completed or are working towards industry standard certifications such as SAP-specific certifications, CISSP, SSCP, or Google PCSE
- Experience with Identity and Access Management in a multi-forest Active Directory environment is considered an asset
- Privileged Access / Firefighter account management experience
- Familiarity with NIST framework and information security concepts such as the principle of least privilege
- ServiceNow / ITIL v4 experience
- Strong soft skills with the ability to appropriately translate technical access controls into business terms
- SAP GRC experience is an asset
- Proven capability to map, translate, and improve processes is a must
- Business Analyst experience with proven researching and troubleshooting skills
- Strong familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems is an asset
- SAP Development experience is considered an asset
- Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset
