We are seeking a strongly motivated person to join our team in a customer service capacity as Service Support. **WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE**
- Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
- Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
- Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
- Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer savvy
- Strong rapport builder
- Well organized and reliable
- Possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive a standard shift vehicle.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Interacting with Service customers
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles
- Picking-up/delivering vehicles and parts
- Assisting technicians in the shop with various duties
- Other duties as assigned
