Infrastructure Systems Team Lead

As the **_Infrastructure Systems Team Lead_** you will be asked to do the following:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project management and estimating teams; coordinate the estimate requests for Infrastructure Systems
- Engage with key clients and implement strategies to grow the sales revenue and the profitability of the business according to the business unit goals
- Lead and direct all sales, operations and business activities for the group
- Partner with Director to develop short and long term action plans based on understanding of market conditions and company value proposition
- Manage team against business performance metrics to achieve or surpass goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders and ensure that delivery of projects and services supports high levels of customer satisfaction
- Partner with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure project implementation is executed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining integrity of design and project schedule
- Work closely with the team to ensure feasibility and costing of projects according to budget
- Support T.I.M.E. initiative on all projects; driving processes, tools and governance and standardized reporting
- Minimum of five (5) years of related Project Management experience within the construction industry and familiarity with a variety of construction field concepts, practices and procedures
- Minimum five (5) years of General Business, Sales and/or Operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of a variety of Communications & Infrastructure Cabling, Sound Masking Systems, Distributed Antenna Systems, Audio Visual Systems, Maintenance Systems, and a strong knowledge of the electrical trade
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical information, interpret contracts and construction related documents
- Proven ability to manage teams with experience in developing and promoting team members
- Knowledge of Enterprise software and/or Estimating experience is considered an asset
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience utilizing scheduling software preferred (i.e. Microsoft Project and/or Primavera)
