Are you passionate about cars and looking for an exciting career opportunity in automotive sales? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Automotive Sales Representatives in Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase our wide range of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers.
- Conduct test drives, providing customers with an exceptional experience and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget, offering guidance and advice throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate the completion of paperwork and finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- OMVIC Certification and License (required)
