A typical day for the Organizational Development Consultant
- Planning and implementing best practices for organizational development and change management solutions:

- Working on change and transition initiatives
- Employee engagement
- Diversity and inclusion
- Data analysis and action planning
- Learning and development
- Team building
- Facilitation

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, human resources or organizational psychology
- Three to five years of experience providing organizational development and internal consultation and facilitation in a complex organization
- Certification in change and transition management, project management, executive coaching, or personality assessment administration
- Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation or organizational effectiveness
- Qualification in psychometric instruments (e.g., MBTI, EQ-I, etc.) is an asset
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use an HRIS system is an asset
- Sound ability to successfully lead significant organization-wide initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience delivering training courses and facilitating group sessions is required
- Experience managing projects, initiatives and relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with equity and diversity is an asset
- Experience working in a unionized, public sector or post-secondary environment is preferred
