Invoicing Administrator

**Invoicing Administrator - Wainwright, AB**

**Job Duties**:

- Enter time received from field crews into finance software
- Review time entered by shop crews for errors
- Create LEM (Labour/Equipment/Material) tickets from the time tickets, submit to clients for approval
- Create invoices from approved LEM tickets, submit to client AP
- Track status of all tickets. Problem solve and escalate issues to get resolve to any stalled tickets
- Track project costs against established budget, submitting and reviewing this report with a manager
- Assist in the creation of change orders as necessary
- Answer phones, transfer calls, direct walk in traffic to the appropriate places
- Provide general administrative support in the office
- Additional duties as requested

**Terms of Employment**:

- Wage: Negotiable, based on skills, education, and experience
- Shift :Monday to Friday
- Hours of Work: 8 hours with some overtime
- Overtime: paid according to employment standards

**Skill Requirements**:

- Able to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time
- Knowledge of oilfield industry an asset
- Able to problem solve, manage time, and pay attention to detail
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Be courteous and professional
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Strong computer competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school Diploma, as well as relevant education or experience in administrative support services. Relevant post-secondary education an asset

**Preference** will be given to those individuals that are located in the Wainwright, AB trading area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
