**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, creating a positive and memorable experience during their visit.
- Efficiently handle bottle service orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery.
- Present bottles and mixers in an appealing manner, showcasing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide information about our beverage offerings.
- Prepare garnishes and accompanying items for bottle service presentations.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of bottles, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members, including bartenders and waitstaff, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, service areas, and storage areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold any necessary certifications for Serving It Right.
