Job:
We are opening Bada by Damso, the second location and restaurant of Damso on Denman in Downtown. We are excited to hire a staff team for the launch of our new restaurant. It will be a Korean seafood menu and located in Downtown, Robson Street. The opening hours will be from the evening to late night, so only applicants who are able to work till late night and able to safely go home after closing would be preferred.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As the Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operations during service hours, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Oversee table settings to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in food preparation and handling techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
