Welldone Mechanical Services Inc., is a family owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 57 years and we are growing We are currently recruiting a Project Sales Manager. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a disciplined, structured sales process to generate results that contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine and sell cost effective solutions
- Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
- Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work
- Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
- Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
- Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
- Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
- Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
- Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of previous estimating experience is required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Valid driver’s license is required
