Parts Advisor, Crane

Join our team as a Parts Advisor in the Mobile Crane Division, where your expertise will not only drive exceptional customer service but also significantly contribute to minimizing our customers' operating costs and equipment downtime. Your focus will be on ensuring both our internal and external customers receive timely and effective solutions, enhancing our reputation for reliability and excellence in the field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Uphold and champion Liebherr's Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
- Offer expert parts advice to all Mobile Crane customers, both internal and external.
- Efficiently process parts orders for the Mobile Crane Division.
- Manage and communicate modification-related orders with the factory.
- Lead the processing of online orders through eCommerce platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with Liebherr factories and distribution centers.
- Handle returns in compliance with Liebherr Canada's policies and procedures.
- Assist in branch inventory counts and provide logístical support.
- Collaborate with the Field Service Manager and Workshop Supervisor in administering parts for support equipment and procuring consumables.
- Generate purchase orders as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Competencies**:
- ** Minimum 3rd year Apprentice required.**:
- Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry preferred.
- Ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions, especially in cases of delivery delays or discrepancies.
- Skill in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Flexibility in handling varied tasks and adapting to evolving department needs.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively to optimize workflow and meet time-sensitive demands.
