- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
- Enter billing information into software system
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances or payment inquiries
- Assist with account analysis and reconciliation as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Produce Pro Software
- Experience in the produce industry

Please note that this is not a remote position. The billing clerk will be expected to work on-site at our office location.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
