**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- A key aspect of this role will be investigating and engaging with School Boards across the country to determine how vendor RFP and approval processes work, and supporting the sales team through the quoting processes as needed.
- Engage with Boards as needed for re-ups and additional information requests.
- Develop and implement campaigns targeting school administrators and teachers to promote our products or services, increase brand visibility, and drive sign-ups to our EntripyShops platform.
- Develop cross-platform campaigns to cross-sell to our education audience.
- Maintain competitive reviews of similar products and offerings within market to understand other’s competitive positions and market shares.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for both online and offline activities, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**_Please note: _**_This role is an in-office, 5 days/week role. It is NOT a remote or hybrid position. There will also be occasional participation at public events like tradeshows based on any team-based marketing initiatives._**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and achievement of measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles across both offline and online channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
