Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 6+ years of expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO, and basic web skills to drive lead generation and sales growth. This role requires strong strategic planning and execution skills to optimize CRM systems and digital marketing channels for lead nurturing, conversion, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot & Salesforce CRM Strategy & Optimization
- HubSpot & Salesforce Integration: Lead the integration of HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow between marketing and sales teams. Implement and continuously optimize workflows, lead scoring, and automation to convert leads into sales-ready prospects.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and manage lead-generation campaigns using both HubSpot and Salesforce to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. Build lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel, improving conversion rates and sales outcomes.
- Database Segmentation & Targeting: Create and manage customer segmentation strategies within HubSpot and Salesforce, using detailed analytics and behavioral data to target the right audience with personalized campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage detailed performance reports and dashboards within both platforms to track lead generation effectiveness, pipeline performance, and ROI. Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
- CRM Automation: Leverage automation tools within HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline the lead management process, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

SEO Strategy & Execution
- On-Page & Technical SEO: Manage and continuously improve SEO performance across the website by optimizing content, metadata, images, and user experience. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into the site’s architecture.
- Keyword Strategy & Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion keywords. Integrate targeted keywords into landing pages, blogs, and product pages, continuously refining content strategies to maximize organic search results.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create optimized content that aligns with SEO best practices and engages the target audience at various stages of the funnel.

Web Development & Technical Collaboration
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for both user experience (UX) and SEO, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-friendly designs.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design, test, and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates. This includes A/B testing of landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other key conversion elements.
- Integrations & Troubleshooting: Work with technical teams to resolve any issues with website functionality, CRM integrations, or automation workflows. Ensure seamless integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies.

Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting
- Sales Enablement: Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, content, and insights to close leads effectively. Align marketing strategies with sales needs and ensure the smooth handoff of leads between teams.
- Attribution Modeling & Reporting: Create and maintain attribution models that track how leads progress through the marketing funnel and optimize campaigns based on this data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales leadership and the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with sales goals. Ensure effective communication between teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff and improved conversion rates.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from demand generation to lead nurturing and final sales handoff. Provide clear guidance on budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership on campaign performance, system optimizations, and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on CRM management (specifically HubSpot and Salesforce), SEO, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing, automation, and campaign tracking.
- Proven success in driving lead generation and sales conversion through CRM-driven strategies.
- CRM Expertise:

- Expertise in managing and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and reporting within HubSpot and Salesforce.
