Duties & Essential Job Functions:

**Experience: Trailer Parts & Delivery (required)**

**License: G (required)**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Efficiently receive and ship parts to ensure timely delivery to our valued customers.
- Safely deliver parts to customers who have placed orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with product information to effectively assist customers and provide superior service.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the parts department to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Display a willingness to assist in-store customers as needed, providing exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate a commitment to going the extra mile in all aspects of the role.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G driver’s license.
- Previous experience in semi-trailer parts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing superior work and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
