Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Delivery Driver.

As a driver, you will deliver and pick up various equipment and supplies to customer worksite. This driver role operates a vehicle that has a gross weight of less than 26,000 pounds in various driving conditions, including construction zones, urban, suburban and rural traffic.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover equipment at the customer site
• Loading, unloading and securing the equipment.
• Long distance hauling of equipment and supplies.
• Demonstration of proper equipment usage to customer at point of delivery.
• Perform other duties assigned as by the manager or authorized personnel.
• Complete inspection reports for out-going and returned equipment; completing log book and trip sheets meeting all D.O.T. and company record keeping requirements.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with customers Valid G license with satisfactory driving record (air would be an asset)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely in variety of driving situations & conditions Knowledge of tools & equipment based on assigned store's fleet Detail orientation to ensure timely, accurate paperwork

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $20.79 - 27.73
