**Who you are**

As the Parts Advisor, you would be responsible for ensuring WPE Equipment’s products, services, and solutions are offered in a way that best meets the needs of our customers. You thrive in developing and maintaining strong relationships and meeting the customer requirements is your middle name. You have previous proven experience in ordering parts, inventory control or even warehouse management. While others might read comic books, you are absurdly proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and part lists

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding service and support to customers. Provide accurate, cost-effective parts orders for WPE Equipment customers.
- Work closely with sales staff to provide technical assistance on product problems or questions that customers may have.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product information available in WPE Equipment catalogs and online resources.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in various job functions simultaneously.
- Provide on-going dialogue with customers regarding their needs and provide them with solutions through WPE Equipment customer service department.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries promptly. Maintain a high level of trustworthiness and confidentiality as it relates to customer relationships.

**Position requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parts ordering, inventory control, or warehouse management
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and parts lists required (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment to ensure the success of the company and its products
- Eager to go the extra mile in terms of work hours

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- reading and interpreting assembly drawings and part lists: 1 year (required)
- parts ordering, inventory control or warehouse management: 1 year (required)
