**Who are we?**

Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. At our center, kids learn to code while building their own video games. They gain problem-solving, critical thinking, and STEM skills in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Robotics Instructor** to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Our senseis are the crucial part of our Code Ninjas center and they oversee the day-to-day coaching and student engagement.

Are you experienced in working with children? Do you enjoy teaching and building problem-solving skills in young engineering minds? Have you mentored youth? Are you available during the day? This could be the role for you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Teach computer coding, robotics, to kids
- Innovate and work on projects related to coding and robotics
- Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow
- Work with children to determine skill sets
- Follow opening/closing duties daily
- Clean dojo throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to corporate standards
- Report to the management team with respect to student progress, day’s activities, and productivity in the dojo

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in or completed Computer Science, mathematics, or engineering degree.
- Strong communication skills
- Works well with others; collaborates
- Strong knowledge in coding and technology
- Keen interest or experience in Robotics and learning new technologies
- Must be fun to work with and like working in fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently
- Be excited to learn about new technology and services
- Self-motivated to help students learn
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role or position.
