**What does a Security Supervisor do at Thompson ?**:
- Ensuring safe and secure environment
- Ensuring a very high level of Security services
- Responsible for scheduling of the security guards
- Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same
- Lead a team of Security Officers
- Train Security officers
- Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it
- Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team's disposal.
- Performing patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Ensuring that the security officers are following the site protocols perfectly
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Ensure Daily reports and Incident Reports are properly done by security officers.
- Ensure Excellent customer service provided by the Security officers.
- Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention
**Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor at Thompson ?**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work days
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
