**Job Purpose**:
To accelerate our digital transformation program by delivering an integrated digital engagement operation, including, but not limited to holistic search, social media and website

**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible forleading 3 pillars of the NEH digital transformation program: holistic search,social media and website. All of this with the support of two direct reports.
Search

Create and implement our first holistic search strategy, including PPC, SEO, AMS and Omni Paid Search (in partnership with the Omni Shopper Marketing Team) with the support of the Holistic Search Senior Manager.

Social

Develop an integrated social media strategy including always on, PR and influencers working in partnership with the IMC Media Manager.
Create and execute our social always on plan including, but not limited to a content calendar, editorial meetings with brand teams and performance & optimisation reporting.
Define is the ideal execution model for each of the areas above between agency, in-house and hybrid. Lead the agency selection process (if applicable).

Website

Accelerate our websites transformation process with a focus on: improve Google Lighthouse scores (primarily Performance and Page Site Speed), implement NPD website changes on time in full, continue to build data acquisition capabilities and improve general UX/UI.
Be the main point of contact for NEH website projects with the support of the Digital Marketing Intern and working closely with the Nordics Digital Content Specialists.

Team Operation & Relationships

Deliver quarterly business reviews to wider CE team in partnership with the wider Digital Transformation Team.
Develop yourleadership skills by ensuring activities are well integrated with the 2023 Digital Transformation & Media Strategy.
Own Digital Postcards 2.0 project.
To build strong networks with all members of the Digital Transformation Team (including Nordics), brand teams, omni shopperteam, agency partners, OAC and other European relevant counterparts

**Qualifications**:
University degree
10 years’ work experience with 5 years minimum in Digital
Experience on Media Agency side highly valued
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

Promotes Teamwork, is driven and takes initiative
