**Job Title**: Business Development/Product Growth Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and create a target list of potential clients in the Canadian and US real estate markets.
- Identify potential new market segments and research outreach targets.
- Create sales strategies and presentations.
- Develop new business proposals and presentations to create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage existing client relations related to sales opportunities.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
- Execute strategic sales plans to reach and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas through effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Understand customer needs deeply and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Travel to North American trade shows and set up booths.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and product sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings, marketing strategies, and more.
- Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media and industry publications.
- Passionate about technology and real estate.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
