**Job Summary**:
Working very closely with our Sales teams, you will help maintain data integrity and provide administrative support to the sales operations team. The Junior Sales Operations Specialist will be a master of Salesforce administration, ensuring compliance for accurate data reporting and sales metrics.

**Job Details/Essential Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Assists in Salesforce basic administration tasks such as data entry, record updates, and user management.
- Generates standard and custom reports in Salesforce to analyze sales performance and track key metrics.
- Works closely with the Sales team to ensure opportunities in Deal Desk meet the approval requirements of the business.
- Collaborates with sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assists in maintaining data integrity within Salesforce by identifying and correcting errors.
- Provides general administrative support to the sales operations team as needed. (ie. Salesforce data hygiene, reporting support)
- Provides Top Level support for Sales Org Tech Stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Demand Base, etc.)
- Additional responsibilities may be introduced with increased familiarity of Bulletproof Sales Organization.

**Preferred Skills & Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, finance, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience or basic understanding of CRM systems is required. Salesforce administration experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
