**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced sales professional driven to build relationships, create solutions, and achieve exceptional results. Our services focused on sustainable electrification are in high demand. We offer uncapped commissions, remote work, and 5 weeks of paid vacation, all while working on projects ranging from $20K to $2M. With our existing relationships and past projects, you will have direct access to existing quality clients and leads, with the support and resources needed to take you to the next level.

Thrive Electrify specializes in the design and installation of three services for warehousing and manufacturing facilities:

- LED Lighting
- Electric Vehicle charging
- Solar and Battery storage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and energy audits with prospective clients and identify needs.
- Education around our products and services.
- Conduct demonstrations showcasing benefits and features of our services.
- Propose project quotations and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Nurture long-term client relationships.
- Maintain, build, and refine our Zoho CRM database.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Tracking and staying up to date on government grants and incentives.
- Follow and refine the sales process.
- Participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual company meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- A passion for sustainable products, services, and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle intricate sales processes and high-value transactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create custom solutions.
- Expertise in building trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Strong interest in technology and The Internet of Things (IoT).
- Experience with Commercial property management, government organization, C-suite, and sustainability managers is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, CRM).
- Class 5 license and reliable transportation.

**What to Expect**:

- Base salary (starts at $50K+ depending on experience) + **uncapped** **commissions**. Potential to earn over $100K+ with our commission structure.
