Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry chef & Cook to join our team.

As a Pastry chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pastry department.

As a cook, you will be responsible for resacrching and devloping a variety ofnew items, seasonal items etc. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our catering & retail department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate pastries and cakes with precision and artistic flair
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute pastry orders
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and special requests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including baking, cake decorating, and pastry making
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
